Welcome to The ROC, Rebuilding Opportunities in Construction. We’re here to help you navigate your future. Whether you're thinking about college or going directly into the field, we provide lots of avenues in construction technologies. The ROC is a nonprofit, 2-year pathway for high school juniors whose mission is to educate and mentor high school students for technical education and career opportunities in the construction industry. Across 4 campuses, students have the opportunity to earn dual enrollment credit, complete national certifications, enjoy paid internships, and learn from field experts.

The construction industry is an extremely dynamic field that encompasses everything that brings a building to life. From site layout, green building design and energy-efficient building methods to electrical and mechanical technology and more, we’re here to assist in your exciting new journey. You can earn $50,000 per year plus benefits before turning 21, or you can continue toward a four-year degree. Either way, you're choosing a lucrative, flexible career path without massive amounts of student loans.

The Skilled Trades. ROC offers classes in multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC and construction management. Our experienced instructors provide hands-on learning, while industry partners mentor our students throughout the summer. You have the chance to take a path that is right for you.
